She later specialized as a Multifamily Investment Specialist, advising property owners and investors, analyzing asset performance, and helping negotiate profitable transactions in the Phoenix market. In addition to her investment background, Laurel has hands-on experience in new construction home sales, where she guided first-time buyers and repeat clients through the purchase process, prepared compliant contracts, and built long-term client relationships.
